What is house plan or floor plan?
2D house plan, house map or floor plan is a sort of diagram that shows the layout of a property, space or house from above including location of Windows, doors, rooms, stairs and walls with measurement of walls size, room size and room name.
A 2D house plan can be a computer drawing, a sketch or blueprint.
With the help of house plan or floor plan we can give the house owner an idea of how the area will be utilised for one story or multi-story house plan in a better way with complete informations and details.
(23×50) SQFT OR (7×15.2)SQM ONE STOREY HOUSE PLAN,GHAR KA NAKSHA OR FLOOR PLAN
Today we are going to discuss a house plan of (23×50)Sqft or (7×15.2)Sqm with 2 bedrooms.This post is only for information purpose or you can say for an idea and I am just trying to give you an idea for house plan,after all you have to take entire decision for your dream house. I am not trying to challenge others regarding floor plan or ghar ka naksha and house plan.
This house plan of( 23' by 50') 1150 sqft East Facing Plot consisting of one storey with 2 bedrooms, one common toilet bath, kitchen , drawing room or living room, dining area and parking area with garden.
So let's start.
Rectangular one storey house plan with a spacious terrace and 2 bedrooms at ground floor .
The project of this house resides in a small plot area on the site and is only (23×50) sqft in size. But it has everything for family of 5-6 people who can comfortably accommodate in such a stunning house:

First on the front area we see a parking with better spacing. Now we moving to inside the house.

Kitchen
When planning any house, it's vital to initially decide the proper location of the kitchen, based on Vastu, south-east is the principal choice for the kitchen and north-west is the second option. Both choices are viewed as right from the kitchen esteem.we simply need to see which choice is better for this house plan . In this house plan we have given kitchen in the center of east-south direction.
In this 1150 sq ft house plan, The size of the kitchen is 9'6"×8' ft . On the north(left)side of the kitchen, there is living and dining room. One window for kitchen is given toward east direction in parking area.
Staircase
One thing to be considered in mind while planning the staircase is that the stairs should always rotate in the clockwise direction of the clock, its reverse is considered wrong according to Vastu. The stairs should always be in odd numbers like 17,19,21. The size of one stair should be something like this - the width of the stair - a minimum of 3 ', the stair riser 6 ", the stair depth (tread) - 11" This is a minimum standard size, you can do more or less according to the size of the plot area.
In this 1150 sq ft house plan, Starting from the main gate, there is a staircase of 3’2" feet wide and on the left side, east of this house plan beside the staircase space for parking area has left.
In that parking space, there is the main door to enter the living room of the house.
Dining Area & Living Area
The living area is primerly made for the guests and there are two types of guests, one who comes to the inside of the house and one who doesn't come inside of the house and due to this I think the living room Should be at the entrance of the house.The living room should come at the time of entering. There should never be a living room in the last part of the house.People will not be disturbed as we have given in this 2D house plan.
In this 23 feet by 50 feet house plan, The size of the living hall and dining area is 11'×20'3" feet. It has two window one toward parking area and other windows toward garden .
Toilet and Bath Area
In this 23×50 house plan, The size of the common toilet bath is 5'×6'9" feet. It has one window toward vent area. In this house plan we get one attached toilet bath(5'×7')square feet.
Bedroom
In this 23 by 50 feet 2bhk one story house plan, the size of bedroom 1 is 10'6"×14' feet,bedroom 2 (10'×12') feet and all these two bedrooms have one window toward vent area.
Parking
In this floor plan we get parking space of (9'6"×18') Sqft. In this parking area we can comfortably park one small car or two-three bikes.
Vent Area/OTS
In this house plan we get total two vent/OTS for ventilation and proper sunlight purpose. One vent (5'×7')in backside of house for bedroom 1 and bedroom 2. Other behind living room for ventilation of common toilet and bath.
