This amount is for construction work only. If you include tiles work,wood work and painting of wall etc. then its cost may be more than 19 lakh (this cost may differ from area to area). The total area of this house plan is 953 square feet/ 87 square meter/107 square gaj/3.5 Marla.

What is house plan or floor plan?
2D house plan or floor plan is a sort of diagram that shows the layout of a property, space or house from above including location of Windows, rooms, doors, stairs and walls with measurement of walls size with width and height, room size and room name.
A 2D house plan can be a computer drawing, a sketch or blueprint.

When a person builds a house. He wants that there should be no deficiency of any kind, he tries to make it perfect. No one wants there to be any kind of deficiency in his dream house.
This house plan of (28'9" by 33)' 953 sqft or 87 sqm west facing Plot consisting of one storey with 2 bedrooms,two attached toilet bath, kitchen, drawing room or living room, dining area, stair area.
So let's start.
Rectangular one storey floor plan with a spacious terrace and 2 bedrooms .
The project of this house resides in a small plot area on the site and is only (28'9" by 33) sqft in size. But it has everything for family of 5-6 people who can comfortably accommodate in such a stunning and beautiful traditional elegant house:

Modular Kitchen with huge space
When planning any house, it's important to initially decide the proper location of the kitchen, based on Vastu, south-east is the first and best choice for the kitchen and north-west is the second option. But in small plot area complete vastu is not possible at any cost. Both choices are viewed as right for the kitchen. we simply need to see which choice is better for this house plan . In this house plan or floor plan we have given kitchen in the east-south direction of this house plan.
In this 953 sq ft house plan, The size of the kitchen is 15'4"×7' ft . On the west side of the kitchen, there is bedroom 2 and in the east outside we get open space.
On north direction of kitchen we get dining area with convenient space. In this kitchen we get two no.of Window of medium size.
Living Area of small house plan
The living area or drawing area is mainly made for the guests and there are two types of guests, one who comes to the inside of the house and one who doesn't come inside of the house and due to this I think the living room or drawing room Should be at the front entrance of the house.The living room should come at the time of entering. There should never be a living room or hall area in the last part of the house.People will not be disturbed as we have given in this 2D house plan of 953 Sqft or 3.5 Marla.
In this 28 feet 9 inch by 33 feet house plan,The sizes of the living or hall area is (11'×15'10") Square feet. It has three doors and two windows towards north direction and west direction.

Toilet and Bath Area of modern house
In this 28'9"×33' Sqft house plan, there are two attached toilet+bath with bedroom 1 and bedroom 2.
Staircase with comfortable space
According to vastu one thing to be considered in mind while planning the staircase is that the stairs should always rotate in the clockwise direction of the clock, its reverse is considered wrong according to Vastu.According to vastu stairs should always be in odd numbers like 17,19,21. The size of one stair should be something like this - the width of the stair - a minimum of 2.5', the stair riser 6" the stair depth (tread) - 11" This is a minimum standard size, you can do more or less according to the size of the plot area.
In this 953 sq ft house plan, we get staircase (6'3"×11') outside the house towards north-west direction, beside living area. In this house we get one separate gate below staircase.
Bedrooms of low budget house design
In this 28'9" by 33 feet 2bhk one story house plan, the size of bedroom 1 is (15'4"×11') and bedroom 2 is (11'×12'5").we get one attached toilet bath in bedroom 1 and one attached toilet bath in bedroom 2. In each bedroom we get one Window of medium size.
Dining Room
In this floor plan we get dining hall beside living area and kitchen.We get one medium size window and door in this dining area towards east direction
Prayer Room Attached With Dining Area
In this house we get one small prayer room at ground floor with enough space to sit two people at a time in prayer room.Measurment of this area is (5'×4') Sqft.
