This amount is for construction work only. If you include tiles work, furniture work and painting of wall etc. then its cost may be more than 20 lakh (this cost may differ from area to area).The floor plan is for a compact 3BHK House in a plot of 34 feet X 32 feet. This floor plan is an ideal plan if you have a East facing property. East facing house is considered appropriate according to vastu.The total building area of this house plan is 1088 square feet/100 square meter/122 square gaz/4 Marla.

What is house plan or floor plan?
2D house plan or floor plan is a sort of diagram that shows the complete layout of a property, space or house from above including location of Windows, rooms, doors, stairs and walls with measurement of walls size with width and height, room size,room name and vent or OTS area with direction.
A 2D house plan can be a computer drawing, a sketch or blueprint.
(34×32) SQFT ONE STOREY LOW COST 3 BHK EAST FACE SMALL HOUSE PLAN,GHAR KA NAKSHA 1088 Sqft
In this blog we are going to discuss (34×32) sq ft or (10.3×9.7) sqm house plans with 3 bedrooms. This blog post is only for information or knowledge purpose or you can say for an idea and I am just trying to give you an idea or clue for house plan or floor plan layout and house plan in 2D and 3D. After all, you have to take the complete decision to build your elegant and stylish modern home. I am not trying to challenge others regarding the design of the house and any other information related to the house plan or floor plan.
When a person builds a house. He wants that there should be no deficiency of any kind, tries to make it perfect in every way. No one wants their dream home to be lacking in any way.
This house plan of (34×32) sqft or 100 sqm East facing Plot consisting of one storey with 3 bedrooms,one common toilet bath, one attached toilet, drawing room or living room, dining area, kitchen, verandah and stair area.
So let's start.
Modern East facing one storey house plan with a spacious terrace and 3 bedrooms .
The project of this house resides in a small plot area on the site and is only (34*32) sqft in size. But it has everything for family of 7-8members who can comfortably accommodate in such a attractive and stylish modern elegant home with well ventilation space :

First on the front area of this east facing house we can see verandah area with adequate spacing.

Kitchen With Modular Design
When planning any house, it's important to initially decide the proper location of the kitchen, based on Vastu, south-east is the best choice for the kitchen and north-west is the second option. But in small plot area it is not possible to construct house according to complete vastu. Both choices are viewed as right for the kitchen. we simply need to see which choice is better for this small floor plan .
In this house plan or floor plan, ghar ka naksha we have given kitchen in the north-west direction of this house plan. East-South direction is best from vastu point of views and north-west direction is next option if we don't get proper space in east-south direction.
In this 1088 sq ft house plan, The size of the kitchen is 11 ft×10 ft . Dining area is not included in kitchen area. On the east side of the kitchen, there is common toilet and open area with convenient space. In the west out side we get open space (1'6"). In this kitchen we get two door and two window of medium size .
Living Area of Small House Plan
The living area or drawing area is mainly made for the guests and there are two types of guests, one who comes to the inside of the house and one who doesn't come inside of the house and due to this I think the living room or drawing room Should be at the front entrance of the house.The living room should come at the time of entering. There should never be a drawing room or hall area in the last part of the house. In this modern house we get living area after porch area. People will not be disturbed as we have given in this 2D house plan of 1088 Sqft or 4 Marla.
In this 34 feet by 32 feet house plan,The sizes of the living or hall area is (9"×7"8") Square feet. In this living area we get enough space to place sofa,table and TV stand etc. In this drawing area we get one window towards verandah.

Toilet and Bath Area of 34×32 House
In this 34×32 Sqft house plan, there are one common toilet+bath(5'×7') in middle of bedroom kitchen and bedroom 1 and one attached toilet bath in bedroom 3. In this toilet+bath we get one window towards north direction and south direction respectively.
Staircase of East Facing House
According to vastu one thing to be considered in mind while planning the staircase is that the stairs should always rotate in the clockwise direction of the clock, its reverse is considered completely wrong according to Vastu.According to vastu stairs should always be in odd numbers like 17,19,21. The size of one stair should be something like this - the width of the stair - a minimum of 2.5', the stair riser 6" the stair depth (tread) - 11" This is a minimum standard size, you can do more or less according to the size of the plot area. In this we get L shape stair case of width 3.2 feet.
In this 1088 sq ft house plan, we get staircase(9'×12') inside the house towards center of west direction beside kitchen area and bedroom 3. In this small house we can place basin and dining area under staircase.
Bedrooms of Standard Size
In this 10.3 meter by 9.7 meter 3bhk one story house plan, the size of bedroom 1 is (11'×12'),bedroom 2 is (11'×12') and bedroom 3(11'×12'). We get two window in each bedroom
Verandah in Front Area
In this house plan we get perfect space for verandah area in front of house design. In verandah (9'×3'11")) we can easily place two chairs.Verandah design make house faced very attractive.
In this ghar ka naksha(plan layout) we get 1'6" open space in South and north direction and 1'6" open space in west and east direction for proper ventilation of bedrooms,kitchen and living area.
Hall Area
In this house design we get properly designed hall area(14'×5') Sqft in center of house plan with comfortable space.
