The project of this house resides in a small plot area on the site and is only (38×33) sqft in size. But it has everything for family of 6-8members who can comfortably accommodate in such a attractive and stylish modern elegant home with well ventilation space

In this 1254sqft house plan, The size of the kitchen is 12 ft 9 inch × 13 ft 5 inch . Dining area is included in kitchen area. On the North side of the kitchen, there is dining area and living area with convenient space. In the West out side we get bedroom. In this kitchen we get one door and one window of medium size .

Living Area of Modern House Plan
The living room must come upon entry. There should never be a lounge or hall in the last part of the house. In this modern house we get a living space after stair area. People aren't as distracted as we show in this two-dimensional plan of this 1254 square meter or 115 square meter house.we get two windows in living area.
In this 38 feet by 33 feet house plan,The sizes of the living or hall area is (16'6"×18') Square feet. In this living area we get enough space to place sofa,table and TV stand etc. In this drawing area we get 2 windows towards north direction.
Toilet and Bath Area of 38×33 House
In this 38×33 Sqft house plan, there are two common toilet+bath(8'×4'6") in between bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 . In this toilet+bath we get one window towards west direction and east direction of ghar ka naksha .
Staircase of North Facing House
According to vastu one thing to be considered in mind while planning the staircase is that the stairs should always rotate in the clockwise direction of the clock, its reverse is considered completely wrong according to Vastu. In this we get U shape stair case of width 3 feet.
In this 1254 sq ft house plan, we get staircase(8'×13'1") outside the house towards North- West direction beside living area and bedroom 1.
