It can cost more than 15 lakh if you include tile work, woodwork (doors, windows) and wall painting (costs vary by area).

The floor plan is for a 25 × 36 square feet plot with a Compact 2BHK house.
(25×36) SQFT 2BHK SOUTH FACING HOUSE PLAN,GHAR KA NAKSHA 900 Sqft
House plan of (25 × 36) sq ft or 900 sqft South facing Plot consists of single storey with 2 bedroom, 1 attached and one common toilet, drawing room or living room, dining area, kitchen and stair area with lobby. This one storey small 900 Sq ft house manages to have a large open living room.
