Small House Building Costs
The construction of this spectacular east facing residence is expected to cost 12 lakh rupees. This money will only be used towards the construction of buildings.
If tile work, woodwork (doors, windows), and wall painting are included, the total cost could exceed 12 lakhs (costs vary by area).

Modular Kitchen Design
In this 880 sq ft house plan design, The size of the modern kitchen is 6'×9'6".
The kitchen does not features a dining space. Dining area with ample space is located on the south direction of the kitchen. In kitchen we have one medium-sized window towards varandah in east direction.

Bathroom Area of Small House
In this 22 × 40 Sq Ft house plan, there is one common toilet+bath (5'5"×7') on the adjacent side of the staircase area.
We get wash basin space of measure 5'5"×2'2".

Vastu-Compliant Staircase Design
According to Vastu, the staircase should be designed in a certain way.
We get a staircase(10'6"×6'2") outside the house beside varandah. According to vastu the staircase should be built in a clockwise direction. For optimum ventilation and sunshine, we install a window in the staircase on the east side.
Parking Area of Small House Design
In front of main gate we get parking area. In this parking area (20'4"×9') we can park car and bike comfortably. In parking area we can design a small garden.
Hall Area
We get hall area cum dining room (8'2"×9'6") in this house plan with ample space after parking and kitchen. We get one window in dining area towards east direction for proper ventilation.
