2 BHK House Building Costs
The construction of this spectacular east facing residence is expected to cost 16 lakh rupees. This money will only be used towards the construction of buildings.

In this 1470 sq ft house plan design, The size of the modern kitchen is 8'11"×14'.
The kitchen does not features a dining space. Dining area with ample space is located on the West direction of the kitchen. In kitchen we have two medium-sized window in east and south direction .

Bathroom Area of Small House
In this 30 × 49 Sq Ft house plan, there is one common toilet+bath (11'8"×4'6") on the adjacent side of the bedroom no. 1 and one attached toilet+bath(4'6"×9'3") in bedroom 2.

Vastu-Compliant Staircase Design
According to Vastu, the staircase should be designed in a certain way.
We get a staircase(7'3"×11') inside the house beside kitchen and porch. According to vastu the staircase should be built in a clockwise direction. For proper utilization of space we can place wash basin in staircase area.
Parking Area of Small House Design
In front of main gate we get open parking area. In this parking area (13'5"×14') we can park car and bike comfortably. In parking area we get another main door of this house.
Dining Cum Hall Area
We get dining area cum hall room (16'6"×12'2") in this house plan with ample space after parking and kitchen. We get one window in dining area towards south direction for proper ventilation.
Living Room
We get living area just after parking area with one window in North direction. In this area we can easily place TV and sofa. We can convert this in guest room according to requirement.
