                      HOUSE PLAN

Today we are going to discuss a house plan of (20×25)ft or (6×7.6)m.This post is merely for information purpose and I am just trying to give you an idea for house plan, am not trying to challenge others.I am giving my best to help you only .

Today we are going to discuss 1 storey house plan in (20×25) ft   500 sqft EAST Facing Plot consisting of 2bedrooms (with common toilet), kitchen , drawing room or living room, dining area.

So let's start.

The planning of any plot depends on the direction of the plot; the plot of the same size is planned in 4 different ways due to the 4 directions, because the architecture also changes on the same basis due to changing directions. For example, if we are planning an east-facing plot, then the remaining 3 directions will be planned differently for the west, north and south directions. The plan that we are going to tell you today is not according to the entire Vastu, it is actually based on the demand of a  client  . After seeing this , you will be able to plan the plot of any direction  well, in this you will not learn Vastu completely, but you will definitely be able to learn what is necessary for the planning of a house.

Rectangular house plan with a spacious terrace and 2 bedrooms at ground floor of this house plan.

The project of this house resides in a small area on the site and is only (20×25) sq ft in size.  But it has everything for a familyof 4-6 people who can comfortably accommodate in such a house:

*GROUND FLOOR*

•LIVING AREA WITH DINING AREA

(10'9"×7')

•KITCHEN (7'10"× 7'sqft)

•COMMON TOILET+BATH(5'6"×6')sqft

•LADDER AREA ( 13'×6')sqft

•BEDROOM 1 (9'4"×10'6")sqft

•BEDROOM 2 ( 9'4"×10'6")sq ft

Number of windows :-06

The roof area is less than 510 sq ft of this house plan.

Kitchen

When planning any house, it is vital to initially decide the area of the kitchen, based on Vastu, south-east is the principal choice for the kitchen and north-west is the second option. Both choices are viewed as right from the kitchen esteem.we simply need to see which choice is better for this house plan . In this house plan we have given kitchen   in the south-east direction.

Staircase

One thing to be considered while planning the staircase is that the stairs  should always rotate in the clockwise direction of the clock,  its reverse is considered wrong according to Vastu. The stairs should always be in odd numbers such as 17,19,21. The size of a single stair  should be something like this - the width of the stair - at least 3 ', the stair  riser  6 ", the stair depth (tread) - 11" This is a minimum standard size, you can do more or less according to the size of the plot.

Dining area

The dining area should be close to the kitchen and while planning it  should be made such as under the stairs or in front of the stairs. This makes good use of the space in front of or under the stairs and as you can see that in this house plan , we are taking the dining table under the stairs.

Drawing Hall /Living Area

The drawing hall is mainly made for the guests and there are two types of guests, one who comes to the inside of the house and one who doesn't come inside of the house and due to this I think  the drawing  room Should be at the entrance of the house. The drawing room should come at the time of entering. There should never be a drawing hall in the last part of the housee .People will not be disturbed as we have given in this house plan.

Common toilet bath

Common toilet is also very important in any house, it is mainly made for commuters and guests. If there is no common toilet, then the commuters also have to use the toilet of the bedroom. It is also very important for those who eat food at the dining table,  because I use it to wash hands before and after eating. Its size does not have to be very large, only the basin and the WC should place in common toilet bath. For example, you can see the location and size of the common toilet given in the house plan.

The concept of simple forms continues in home glazing: a small number of windows and their size provide adequate sunlight in all rooms, while not burdening with high costs.

The brevity of the windows does not spoil the appearance of the house in any way.  The front facade looks pleasant and comfortable in any colour scheme: styled like half wood or classic natural colours.

All the best for your dream home.
