Today in this house plan series blog we come up with a Stunning modern low budget  one storey house design and it's house plan or floor plan. Building cost of this house is  approx 14-15 lakh for  construction work only. (this cost may differ from area to area) The total area of this home is 1080 square feet/100 square meter.

What is house plan or floor plan?

2D house plan, house map or floor plan is a sort of diagram that shows the layout of a property, space or house from above including location of Windows, doors, rooms, stairs and walls with measurement of walls size, room size and room name.

A 2D house plan can be a computer drawing, a sketch or blueprint.

(24×45) SQFT OR (7.3×13.7)SQM ONE STOREY HOUSE PLAN,GHAR KA NAKSHA OR FLOOR PLAN 

Today we are going to discuss a house plan of (24×45)Sqft or (7.3×13.7)Sqm with 2 bedrooms.This post is only for information purpose or you can say for an idea and I am just trying to give you an idea for floor plan,after all you have to take entire decision for your beautiful dream house. I am not trying to challenge others regarding  ghar ka naksha and house plan.

This house plan of 24' by 45'  1080 sqft East Facing Plot consisting of  one storey with 2 bedrooms, one common toilet bath, kitchen , drawing room or living room, dining area and parking area with lawn.

So let's start.

Rectangular one storey house plan with a spacious terrace and 2 bedrooms .

The project of this house resides in a small  plot area on the site and is only (24×45) sqft in size.  But it has everything for family of 6 people who can comfortably accommodate in such a stunning house:

*GROUND FLOOR*

First on the front area we see a lawn with better spacing. Now we moving to inside the house.

Kitchen 

When planning any house, it's vital to initially decide the proper location of the kitchen, based on Vastu, south-east is the principal choice for the kitchen and north-west is the second option. Both choices are viewed as right from the kitchen esteem.we simply need to see which choice is better for this house plan . In this house plan we have given kitchen in the center of east-south direction.

In this 1080 sq ft house plan, The size of the kitchen is 6'5"×10' ft . On the north(left)side of the kitchen, there is  dining room. One window for kitchen is given toward south direction.

Staircase

One thing to be considered in mind  while planning the staircase is that the stairs  should always rotate in the clockwise direction of the clock,  its reverse is considered wrong according to Vastu. The stairs should always be in odd numbers like 17,19,21. The size of one stair  should be something like this - the width of the stair - a minimum of 3 ', the stair  riser  6 ", the stair depth (tread) - 11" This is a minimum standard size, you can do more or less according to the size of the plot area. 

In this 1080 sq ft house plan, Starting from the main gate, there is a staircase of 3’2" feet wide and on the left side (north side), east of this house plan  beside the staircase space for parking area has left.

In that parking space, there are two  main door to enter the living room and dining room of the house.

Dining Area & Living Area

The living area is primerly made for the guests and there are two types of guests, one who comes to the inside of the house and one who doesn't come inside of the house and due to this I think  the living  room Should be at the entrance of the house.The living room should come at the time of entering. There should never be a living room in the last part of the house.People will not be disturbed as we have given in this 2D house plan.

In this 24 feet by 45 feet house plan, The sizes of the living hall and dining area are  11'6"×12' feet and 12'×10' respectively. Both has one window each one toward lawn area and other windows toward parking . 

Toilet and Bath Area

In this 24×45 Sqft house plan, The sizes of the common toilet and bath is 4'×3' feet and 4'×5' feet respectively.  Both has one window each toward vent area. 

Bedroom 

In this 24 by 45 feet 2bhk one story house plan, the size of bedroom 1 is 12'10"×13'4"feet, bedroom 2 (10'×15') feet and all these two bedrooms have one window each toward vent area.

Parking

In this floor plan we get parking space of  (11'×15'5") Sqft. In this parking area we can comfortably park one small car or two-three bikes.

Vent Area/OTS

In this house plan we get total two vent/OTS for ventilation and proper sunlight purpose. One vent (4'×12'10")in backside of house for bedroom 1 and bedroom 2 and Other left side of dining room for ventilation of common toilet and bath.
