Today we are going to discuss a house plan of (28×50)Sqft or (8.5×15)Sqm with 3 bedrooms.This post is only for information purpose or you can say for an idea and I am just trying to give you an idea for house plan,after all you have to take entire decision for your dream house. I am not trying to challenge others regarding floor plan or ghar ka naksha and house plan.
This house plan of 28' by 50' 1400 sqft North Facing Plot consisting of one storey only with 3 bedroom, one common toilet bath, kitchen , drawing room or living room, dining area and parking on floor.
So let's start.
The planning of any plot depends on the direction of the plot; the plot of the same size is planned in 4 different ways due to the 4 directions, because the architecture also changes on the same basis due to changing directions. For example, if we are planning a north-facing plot, then the remaining 3 directions will be planned differently for the west, east and south directions. The plan that we are going to share with you today is not according to the entire Vastu, it is actually based on the requirement of a client . Kitchen
When planning any house, it's vital to initially decide the proper location of the kitchen, based on Vastu, south-east is the principal choice for the kitchen and north-west is the second option. Both choices are viewed as right from the kitchen esteem.we simply need to see which choice is better for this house plan . In this house plan we have given kitchen in the center of east direction.
In this 1400 sq ft house plan, The size of the kitchen is 8'8"×10'10" ft . On the north side of the kitchen, there is living room. One window for kitchen is given toward east direction.
Staircase
One thing to be considered in mind while planning the staircase is that the stairs should always rotate in the clockwise direction of the clock, its reverse is considered wrong according to Vastu. The stairs should always be in odd numbers like 17,19,21. The size of a single stair should be something like this - the width of the stair - at least 3 ', the stair riser 6 ", the stair depth (tread) - 11" This is a minimum standard size, you can do more or less according to the size of the plot area.
In this 1400 sq ft house plan, Starting from the main gate, there is a staircase(13'4"×7'3") of 3’2" feet wide and on the left side, east of this house plan beside the staircase space for parking area has left.
In that parking space, there is the main door to enter the living room of the house.
Drawing Hall /Living Area
The living area is primely made for the guests and there are two types of guests, one who comes to the inside of the house and one who doesn't come inside of the house and due to this I think the living room Should be at the entrance of the house.The living room should come at the time of entering. There should never be a living room in the last part of the house.People will not be disturbed as we have given in this 2D house plan.
In this 28 feet by 50 feet house plan, The size of the living hall is 13'×12' feet. It has one window toward parking area. After the living room, there is a common toilet bath in parking area.
Toilet and Bath Area
In this 28×50 house plan, The size of the common toilet bath is 6'10"×5'10" feet. It has one window. In this house plan we get three attached toilet bath.
Bedroom
In this 28 by 50 feet 3bhk one story house plan, the size of bedroom 1 is 13'4"×12' feet,bedroom 2 (13'4"×12') feet and bedroom 3(13'×12') feet and all these three bedrooms have one window.
Store Room
In this plan we get one small store room(6'10"×5'6") beside kitchen to store items.
Parking
In this floor plan we get parking space of (13'×13') Sqft. In this parking area we can comfortably park one small car or two-three bikes.
