The total floor area is 1500 square feet in which the ground floor is 1125 square feet and 375 square feet floor area at the first floor.

Ground floor consists of the 1 porch, living area, dining, kitchen, common bathroom, 3 bedrooms,staircase area and one attached toilet bath.
First floor composed of the one bedroom and staircase area under floor plan area. Except bedroom and staircase area we get open balcony in front located above bedroom 1 and open terrace in backside beside the stairs.
So let's get started.
This house project is on a small area of the property and only 1125 sqft, yet has everything for a family of 6-8 members who can with no trouble accommodate in such a stylish and modern elegant house with a well-ventilated space:
The style of the facade is novel and also gives it a very fresh air due to the use of plants and small shrubs, fully compatible to be used in the city.

Low Budget East Facing Small House
Speaking of budgets, small house plans can be a great idea in this precarious economy! Save money by building a house that's a little simple and has the features you need and want. Small house design is nothing but a talent that requires you to find the best of your design in a limited space.
The estimated cost to develop this stunning house is 16 lakhs.
This amount applies only to construction work. If you include work on tiles, furniture and painting etc., it can cost more than 16 lakhs (this cost may vary by region). This floor plan is for a 4 BHK compact house on 34x 32 ft floor. This floor plan layout is ideal if you have land facing east.
Kitchen With Modular Design
In this 1500 sqft two storey house plan, The size of the kitchen is 8 ft ×11 ft. Dining area is not included in kitchen area. On the South side of the kitchen, there is hall area or living area with convenient space and on east direction we get garden area. In this kitchen we get one door and one window of medium size towards garden area in front.
Living Area of 34×32 House Plan
The living room must come upon entry. There should never be a lounge or hall in the last part of the house. People aren't as distracted as we show in this two-dimensional plan of this 140 square meter or 1500 square feet house. we get one windows in living area.
In this 34 feet 6 inch by 32 feet 6 inch house plan, sizes of the living or hall area is (12×11'). In this living area we get enough space to place sofa,table, TV stand and dining table etc.
Toilet+Bath Area of East facing House
In this 34×32 Sqft house plan, there are one common toilet+bath(8'×6'') and one attached toilet+bath in all bedroom 3. we get one window in each toilet+bath.
Height of wall of common toilet bath is higher than wall of attached toilet bath, so that we can design or place window for common toilet bath
Staircase of 4 bhk ghar ka naksha
According to vastu one thing to be considered in mind while planning the staircase is that the stairs should always rotate in the clockwise direction of the clock, its reverse is considered completely wrong according to Vastu. In this we get U shape stair case of width 3 feet.
In this 1500 sq ft house plan, we get staircase(12'×8')) inside the house towards south direction beside bedroom 1 and bedroom 3.
Bedrooms of two storey house
In this 10.5 meter by 10 meter 4bhk one story house plan, the size of bedroom 1 is (12'×11'), bedroom 2 is (12'×11'), bedroom 3 is (12'×11') and bedroom 4 on first floor is (12'×11').

In front of house we get porch area (8'×8') with comfortable space in east direction.

Two Storey House Plans with Terrace:
You can use terrace area as a venue for small gatherings. This area is almost 380 square feet excluding the stair access. An area where you can relax, use as view deck or just an area to dry clothes when below is not enough.
Two story with roof may not be for all but for those who are looking for house concept that can be built in 1125 square feet, this concept really suits these requirement very well.
