This 1000 square feet east facing home has all of the modern conveniences and a distinctive design aspect. The exteriors, which are constructed in a box shape and have a flat roof, are stunning. The house is equipped with all of the necessary amenities for a family of four to five.
House's modern design elevation is fantastic. The outside is enhanced by the show wall, which provides a designer touch. In this 1000 sq ft house plan design, The size of the modern kitchen is 10'×10'.

According to Vastu, the staircase should be designed in a certain way.
We get a open staircase area of size (3'×12') out side in east of the house in this house plan. According to vastu the staircase should be built in a clockwise direction.
Parking Area Of East Facing House
In front of house we get a parking area with enough space to park car and bike. The size of parking area is 11'×16'. In parking area we get main door for drawing room.
Hall Area/Drawing Area
We get hall area(15'×10') in this house plan with ample space and dining area. We get two window in hall area towards east and north direction for proper ventilation and sunlight.

We get lawn area 12'×6' in front of house. Lawn enhance beauty of house.
