If you are a minimum wage person, then buying or building a house becomes a difficult task.
Yes, it will be difficult, but with your own dedication and hard work, you will be able to build your dream home for you and your family sooner or later.
The majority of us do not aspire to live in a large, spacious home; instead, we believe that a small, good home suffices.
Not to mention the fact that the larger the home, the higher the budget!
Yeah...We are now going to look at home that can be built for less than 17 lakh and has modern designs.
This magnificent home is expected to cost around 16 lakh to build. This sum is only for construction purposes.
If you include tile work, wooden work, (doors, windows, wardrobes), and wall painting, it could cost more than 17 lakh (costs very by area). The floor plan is for Compact 3BHK house on a plot of 27×42 square feet.
(27×42) SQFT 3BHK EAST FACE SINGLE STOREY HOUSE PLAN,GHAR KA NAKSHA 1134 Sqft
House plan of (27 × 42) sq ft or 1134 sqft East facing Plot consists of single storey with 3 bedroom, 3 attached toilet, drawing room or living room, dining area, kitchen, parking and stair area.This one storey small 1134 Sq ft house manages to have a large open living room along with dining area.

East facing modern one storey low budget house plan with a spacious terrace and parking area.
This house project takes up a little plot of land on the site and is approximately 27 × 42 square feet in size. But it offers everything for a family of 6-8 people who can live peacefully in such a beautiful and elegant home with enough of ventilation. The house is 27 × 42 feet in size and faces east.
First, we can see a parking place with enough space in front of the East facing house.

Small House Modular Kitchen Design
When designing a home, it's critical to first determine the best location for the kitchen. According to Vastu, the best location for the kitchen is south-east, followed by north-west. However, on a tiny plot of land, it is impossible to build a house according to comprehensive vastu. Both options are thought to be suitable for use in the kitchen.
In this 1134 sq ft floor plan, The size of the kitchen is 8'×10'. Dining area is not included in kitchen area. On the east side of the kitchen, there is living area with convenient space. In this kitchen we get two door and one window of medium size .

House Plan with a Living Area
The living room or drawing room is primarily designed for visitors, and there are two types of visitors: those who enter the house and those who do not. As a result, I believe the living room or drawing room should be located near the front door.
There should never be a drawing room or hall area in the last part of the house. In this modern home we get living area after verandha. People will not be disturbed as we have given in this 2D house plan of 1134 Sqft.
In this 27 feet by 42 feet floor plan,The sizes of the living or hall area is (12'×22'5"). In this living area we get enough space to place sofa,table and TV stand etc. In living area we get dining area .

In this 27' × 42' Sqft house plan, there are three attached toilet+bath on ground floor.
