In this 960 sq ft house plan design, The size of the modern large kitchen is 6'4×8'6".
The kitchen does not features a dining space. Dining area with ample space is located on the north direction of the kitchen. In kitchen we have one door and one medium-sized window in South direction.

How to Place Staircase As Per Vastu?

According to Vastu, the staircase should be designed in a certain way.

Houses are available in a variety of sizes, and some of them demand the use of a staircase. However, the essential Vastu guidelines for staircases should be followed in your home. Stairs should always be built in a clockwise manner, as walking in an anticlockwise orientation is dangerous. We get a staircase (6'6"×11') inside the house beside living area.The steps of the stairs should be in odd numbers like 15, 17, 19, and 21. We get another door in staircase area for emergency exit or for first floor. If you are planning  first floor for rent purpose than door in staircase area is must for privacy point of view.

Living Area of House 

After porch we get living area with ample space.
In this living room we get one window and one doors for proper ventilation. In this area we can place sofa and television.

Dining Area of Modern House 

In this house plan we get dining room (11'×9'3") with living area beside stiarcase.
