The cost of building this stunning North-facing home is expected to be in range of 12 lakh rupees. This money will be utilised solely for construction projects.

Small Kitchen Design As Per Vastu

In this 880 sq ft floor plan, The size of the kitchen is 7' ×10' .

The kitchen does not features a dining space. Dining area with ample space is located on the North direction of the kitchen. We have one medium-sized window in our kitchen . We get one store room (2'8"×10') in Kitchen.

Toilet+Bath Area of House  

In this 22 × 40 Sq Ft house plan, there are two attached toilet+bath (5'7"×4')  in bedroom no. 1 and (5'×5'8") in bedroom no. 2 and one common WC ( 4'×4') in staircase area.

Staircase Design As Per Vastu

In this house plan we get a staircase (10'×6'7") outside the house beside parking area. According to vastu, the staircase should turn in a clockwise direction. We get a window in the stair area for proper ventilation and sunlight.

Living/Dining Area

In front of main door we get living area with dining area and  twowindows for proper ventilation has been provided in dining area. 

In this living area (10'×16') we can place sofa, table and TV set. This place is best for guest.

Overall, this home contains enticing features that might make living here a long-term delight for the entire family.

Parking Area of 2bhk House

Parking (10'×11') of this house plan has enough space for one car and bike. We can also use this area as sitout.
