Construction Costs of 34×45 House

The construction of this gorgeous South facing residence is estimated to cost 15 lakh rupees. This money will only be used to construct buildings.

It could cost more than 15 lakhs if we include tile work, woodwork (doors, windows), and wall painting (costs vary by area).

This design is for a three-bedroom house on a 34 by 45 Square feet of land.

Modular Kitchen Design

In this 1530 sq ft house plan idea, the size of the modern kitchen is 9'3"×8'1".

The kitchen does not features a dining space. Dining area (10'11"×8'1") with ample space is located after drawing room on the West direction of the kitchen. In kitchen we have one medium-sized window towards south direction.

Vastu-Compliant Staircase Design

According to Vastu, the staircase should be designed in a certain way.

We get a staircase area of size (10'11"×7')  in front of the house in this house plan. According to vastu the staircase should be built in a clockwise direction. For optimum ventilation and sunshine, we install a window in the staircase on the west side. 

Drawing Area

We get drawing area (10'11"×11')  in this house plan with ample space after staircase area. We get one window in living or drawing area towards west direction for proper ventilation and sunlight.

SHOP 

In this small house plan idea we get one small shop of size 9'3"×11'3" in front side towards south-east direction.
