What is house plan or floor plan?

This house plan of 22' by 38' 836 sqft or 77 sqm west Facing Plot consisting of one storey with 3 bedrooms, one common toilet bath, one attached toilet bath, kitchen , drawing room or living room, dining area and stair area.
So let's start.
Rectangular one storey house plan with a spacious terrace and 3 bedrooms .
The project of this house resides in a small plot area on the site and is only (22 by 38) sqft in size. But it has everything for family of 6-8 people who can comfortably accommodate in such a stunning modern house:

Kitchen
When planning any house, it's important to initially decide the proper location of the kitchen, based on Vastu, south-east is the first choice for the kitchen and north-west is the second option. But in small plot area complete vastu is not possible. Both choices are viewed as right from the kitchen. we simply need to see which choice is better for this house plan . In this house plan or floor plan we have given kitchen in the center of north direction of this house plan.
In this 836 sq ft house plan, The size of the kitchen is 9'11"×5'9" ft . On the south side of the kitchen, there is dining room.
Staircase
One thing to be considered in mind while planning the staircase is that the stairs should always rotate in the clockwise direction of the clock, its reverse is considered wrong according to Vastu.According to vastu stairs should always be in odd numbers like 17,19,21. The size of one stair should be something like this - the width of the stair - a minimum of 3 ', the stair riser 6 ", the stair depth (tread) - 11" This is a minimum standard size, you can do more or less according to the size of the plot area.
In this 836 sq ft house plan, we get staircase (9'11"×10')outside the house towards west south direction, beside bedroom 3.
Living Area or Drawing room
The living area is mainly made for the guests and there are two types of guests, one who comes to the inside of the house and one who doesn't come inside of the house and due to this I think the living room or drawing room Should be at the entrance of the house.The living room should come at the time of entering. There should never be a living room or drawing area in the last part of the house.People will not be disturbed as we have given in this 2D house plan of 836 Sqft.
In this 22 feet by 38 feet house plan, The sizes of the living or hall area is 9'11"×13'7" feet and dining area included in this living area. It has one door and two windows towards south direction respectively.
Toilet and Bath Area
In this 22×38 Sqft house plan, The sizes of the common toilet+bath is (7'8"×3'11")and attached toilet+bath is 7'×3'11" Sqft.
Bedroom
In this 22 by 38 feet 3bhk one story house plan, the size of bedroom 1 is 9'11"×10', bedroom 2 (9'11"×10'4") and bedroom 3 (9'11"×10'4") and we get attached toilet bath in bedroom no.3.
Dining Room
In this floor plan we get dining hall in living area.
