What is house plan or floor plan?
2D house plan or floor plan is a sort of diagram that shows the layout of a property, space or house from above including location of Windows, rooms, doors, stairs and walls with measurement of walls size with width and height, room size and room name.
A 2D house plan can be a computer drawing, a sketch or blueprint.

Today we are going to discuss a house plan of (24×47)Sqft or (7.3×14.3)Sqm with 2 bedrooms.This post is only for information or knowledge purpose or you can say for an idea and I am just trying to give you an idea or clue for house plan,after all you have to take entire decision for your superb stunning modern house construction. I am not trying to challenge others regarding house design and house plan.
This house plan of 24' by 47' 1128 sqft or 104 sqm west Facing Plot consisting of one storey with 2 bedrooms, one common toilet bath, one attached toilet bath, kitchen , drawing room or living room, dining area, stair area and sit out.
So let's start.
Rectangular one storey floor plan with a spacious terrace and 2 bedrooms .
The project of this house resides in a small plot area on the site and is only (24 by 47) sqft in size. But it has everything for family of 4-5 people who can comfortably accommodate in such a stunning modern house:

First on the front area we see a sit out area with better spacing. Now we moving to inside the house.

Kitchen
When planning any house, it's important to initially decide the proper location of the kitchen, based on Vastu, south-east is the first choice for the kitchen and north-west is the second option. But in small plot area complete vastu is not possible at any cost. Both choices are viewed as right for the kitchen. we simply need to see which choice is better for this house plan . In this house plan or floor plan we have given kitchen in the corner of east and south direction of this house plan.
In this 1128 sq ft house plan, The size of the kitchen is 10'×12' ft . On the west side of the kitchen, there is bedroom 2.
On back side (south direction) of kitchen we get washing area (10'×5') with comfortable space.
Living Area or Drawing room
The living area is mainly made for the guests and there are two types of guests, one who comes to the inside of the house and one who doesn't come inside of the house and due to this I think the living room or drawing room Should be at the front entrance of the house.The living room should come at the time of entering. There should never be a living room or drawing area in the last part of the house.People will not be disturbed as we have given in this 2D house plan of 1128 Sqft.
In this 24 feet by 47 feet house plan, The sizes of the living or hall area is 11'6"×11'11" feet. It has one door and two windows towards north direction and west direction.
Staircase
One thing to be considered in mind while planning the staircase is that the stairs should always rotate in the clockwise direction of the clock, its reverse is considered wrong according to Vastu.According to vastu stairs should always be in odd numbers like 17,19,21. The size of one stair should be something like this - the width of the stair - a minimum of 3 ', the stair riser 6 ", the stair depth (tread) - 11" This is a minimum standard size, you can do more or less according to the size of the plot area.
In this 1128 sq ft house plan, we get staircase (11'6"×7') inside the house towards west direction, beside bedroom 2. Area of Common toilet bath is included in staircase area.
Toilet and Bath Area
In this 24×47 Sqft house plan, The sizes of the common toilet+bath is (3'2"×7').Common toilet bath is designed below staircase landing and attached toilet+bath is (7'×5') Sqft with bedroom 2.
Bedroom
In this 24 by 47 feet 2bhk one story house plan, the size of bedroom 1 is (11'×10') and bedroom 2 is (11'6"×12') and we get attached toilet bath in bedroom 2.
Dining Room
In this floor plan we get dining hall beside living area. Measurement of this dining area is 10'×15'4". Prayer room (5'8"×4'2") is included in this dining area. We get one window in this dining area.
Sit Out
In front of this house plan we get sit out(10'6"×6') with open space.
