This sum is for construction work only. If you include tiles work, furniture work and painting of wall etc. then its cost may be more than 18 lakh (this cost may differ from area to area).The floor plan is for a compact 2 BHK House in a plot of 24 feet X 37 feet. This plan layout is an ideal plan if you have a North facing property. North facing house is considered appropriate according to vastu.The total building area of this house plan is 888 square feet/82 square meter/99 square gaz/3.2 Marla.

When planning a house, it's vital to require under consideration several things to believe when planning a house, which has priority in our house plans as follows.
Proper Ventilation of House
In any good planning, it is important to first consider proper natural light and ventilation settings when planning a house, so that natural light penetrates the house optimally and the whole house can be well ventilated. For this purpose, this house plan(2 bhk) includes a sufficient number of windows for natural light and ventilation.
Maintain Privacy in House
The second and most obvious thing to consider when planning a home is privacy. It is very important to think about privacy in the planning of any home and this is where you see privacy in the planning of this 24×37 square foot home.

Kitchen With Modular Design
In this 888 sqft house plan, The size of the kitchen is 8ft×6ft . Dining area is not included in kitchen area. On the North side of the kitchen, there is dining area and living area with convenient space. In the West out side we get open space OTS (2'6"×6'). In this kitchen we get one door and one window of medium size .
Living Area of Modern House Plan
The living room must come upon entry. There should never be a lounge or hall in the last part of the house. In this modern house we get a living space after parking. People aren't as distracted as we show in this two-dimensional plan of this 888 square meter or 3.2 gauze house. The dining room is included in the living room.
In this 24 feet by 37 feet house plan,The sizes of the living or hall area is (10'×14'9") Square feet. In this living area we get enough space to place sofa,table and TV stand etc. In this drawing area we get one window towards parking area.
Toilet and Bath Area of 24×37 House
In this 24×37 Sqft house plan, there are one common toilet+bath(9'×4'6") in between bedroom 1 and bedroom 2. In this toilet+bath we get one window towards west direction in OTS area .
Staircase of North Facing House
According to vastu one thing to be considered in mind while planning the staircase is that the stairs should always rotate in the clockwise direction of the clock, its reverse is considered completely wrong according to Vastu. In this we get U shape stair case of width 2feet 9 inch.
In this 888 sq ft house plan, we get staircase(10'×6') outside the house towards North- West direction beside parking area and bedroom 1.
Bedrooms of one storey house
In this 7.3 meter by 11.2 meter 2bhk one story house plan, the size of bedroom 1 is (12'×11')and bedroom 2 is (11'×12'10"). We get one window in each bedroom .
Parking in Front Area
In this house plan we get perfect space for parking area in front of house design. In parking (10'×14') we can easily place one small car. This open parking area design make house faced very attractive.
In this ghar ka naksha(plan layout) we get 2'6" open space in South and west direction for proper ventilation of bedrooms,kitchen and living area.
