The estimated construction cost of this stunning house is 12 lakh.
This amount is for construction work only. If you include tiles work, wooden work(doors, windows, wardrobe ) and painting of wall, then its cost may be more than 12 lakh (this cost may differ from area to area).The floor plan is for a compact 2BHK House in a plot of 25 × 40 Square Feet. This floor plan is an ideal plan if you have a East facing property. Thr total building area of this house plan is 1000 square feet/ 92 square meter.

When a person builds a house. He/She wants that there should be no deficiency of any sort, tries to make it perfect in every way. No one wants their dream home to be lacking in any way.

The project of this house resides in a small plot area on the site and is only (25 * 40) sqft in size. But it has everything for family of 5-6 members who can comfortably accommodate in such a attractive and elegant home with well ventilation space :

Modular Kitchen Design of Small House
When planning any house, it's important to initially decide the proper location of the kitchen, based on Vastu, south-east is the best choice for the kitchen and north-west is the second option. But in small plot area it is not possible to construct house according to complete vastu. Both choices are viewed as right for the kitchen. we simply need to see which choice is better for this small floor plan .
In this house plan or floor plan, ghar ka naksha we have given kitchen in the east-north direction of this house plan. According to some people east-north direction is also best from vastu point of views.
In 1000 sqft floor plan, The size of the kitchen is 11'×6'. Dining area is not included in kitchen area. On the west side of the kitchen, there is living area with convenient space. In kitchen we get one door and two window of medium size .

Living Area of 25'×40' House Plan
The living area or drawing area is mainly made for the guests and there are two types of guests, one who comes to the inside of the house and one who doesn't come inside of the house and due to this I think the living room or drawing room Should be at the front entrance of the house.The living room should come at the time of entering. There should never be a drawing room or hall area in the last part of the house. In this modern house we get living area after parking area. People will not be disturbed as we have given in this 2D house plan of 1000 Sqft
In this 25 feet by 40 feet floor plan,The sizes of the living or hall area is 11'×14'6". In this living area we get enough space to place sofa,table and TV stand etc. In drawing area we get staircase towards north direction.
Toilet and Bath Area of 25'×40' House
In this 25×40 Sqft house plan, there are two common toilet+bath one in living area(6'×5') and other (6'5"×5') in between bedroom 1 and bedroom 2.

Staircase of East Facing House
According to vastu one thing to be considered in mind while planning the staircase is that the stairs should always rotate in the clockwise direction of the clock, its reverse is considered completely wrong according to Vastu.According to vastu stairs should always be in odd numbers like 17,19,21. The size of one stair should be something like this - the width of the stair - a minimum of 2.5', the stair riser 6" the stair depth (tread) - 11" This is a minimum standard size, you can do more or less according to the size of the plot area. In this we get U-shape stair case of width 2.8 feet each staircase.
We get this staircase in drawing room. In this small house we can place basin and one dining table under staircase.
Bedrooms of Small House
In this 25' by 40' 2bhk one story house plan, the size of bedroom 1 is (1'×13') and bedroom 2 is (11'9"×12'6"). We get one window in bedroom1 & bedroom2.
Overall this house really has charismatic features which can make living in it a live long pleasure for the family.
