The roof area is equal to 1050 sq ft.
BUILDING AREA:- 1050 sq ft (30 × 35)
SITE AREA:- 1200 sq ft (30 × 40)
COST :- approx 14 lakh for construction work only.
Construction Costs Of Small House
This magnificent south facing house is projected to cost 14 lakh rupees to build. This money will only be used for building construction.
If we include tile work, woodwork (doors, windows) and wall painting,then it may cost more than 14 lakhs (costs vary by area).
This plan is for a two-bedroom house on a land measuring 30 by 35 square feet.
Modular Kitchen Design
In this 1050 sq ft house plan design, The size of the modern kitchen is 7'4"×11'.
The kitchen does not features a dining space. Dining area with ample space is located on the west direction of the kitchen. In kitchen we have one medium-sized window towards north direction.

Bathroom Area of Small House
In this 30 × 35 Sq Ft house plan, there is one common toilet+bath (7'×5') on the opposite side of the bedroom no. 1.

Vastu-Compliant Staircase Design
According to Vastu, the staircase should be designed in a certain way.
We get a staircase with living area (15'9"×10') beside a parking spot in front of the house in this house layout. According to vastu the staircase should be built in a clockwise direction. For optimum ventilation and sunshine, we install a window in the staircase on the south side. This place is best for guests.
Parking Area of Small House Design
In front of main gate we get living and parking area with one window for proper ventilation.
In this parking area (12'×15'9") we can park car and bike comfortably. In parking area we get another main door of this house.
Dining Area
We get dining area(8'×11') in this house plan with ample space between bedroom no. 2 and kitchen. We get one window in dining area toward north direction for proper ventilation.
