Modular Kitchen Design
When designing a home, it's critical to first determine the best location for the kitchen. According to Vastu, the best location for the kitchen is south-east, followed by north-west. However, on a tiny plot of land, it is impossible to build a house according to comprehensive vastu. Both options are thought to be suitable for use in the kitchen.
In this 1150 sq ft floor plan, The size of the kitchen is 8'6"×8'6". Dining area is not included in kitchen area. On the North side of the kitchen, there is living area and dining area with convenient space. In this kitchen we get two doors and one window of medium size .

House Plan with a Hall Area
The hall room or drawing room is primarily designed for visitors, and there are two types of visitors: those who enter the house and those who do not. As a result, I believe the main hall room or drawing room should be located near the front door.
There should never be a drawing room or hall area in the last part of the house. In this modern home we get hall area after portico. People will not be disturbed as we have given in this 2D house plan of 1150 Sqft.
In this 23 feet by 50 feet floor plan,The sizes of the hall area with dining area is (9'6"×20'6") . In this house plan we get enough space to place sofa, TV stand etc in drawing area of size (9'6"×20'6").

In this 23'×50' Sqft house plan, there is one attached toilet+bath (8'×4'6") & one common toilet+bath (8'×4'6") on ground floor.
