Construction Costs for a Two Bedroom House
The construction of this stunning east-facing house is expected to cost 13 lakh rupees. This money will only be used for construction work.
It could cost more than 13 lakhs if tile work, woodwork (doors, windows), and wall painting are included (costs vary by area).
The plan is for a two-bedroom house on a land measuring 18 by 47 square feet.

Small Kitchen Design
In this 846 sq ft floor plan design, The size of the modern kitchen is 8'×7'.
The kitchen does not features a dining space. Dining area with ample space is located on the north direction of the kitchen. In kitchen we have one medium-sized window towards south direction.

In this 18' ×47' Sq Ft house plan, there is one common toilet+bath (4'6"×7'8") on the adjacent side of the bedroom no. 2.

Vastu-Compliant Staircase Design
According to Vastu, the staircase should be designed in a certain way.
We get a staircase (9'4"×6'8")beside a parking spot in front of the house in this house layout. The staircase should be built in a clockwise orientation, according to vastu. For optimum ventilation and sunshine, we install a window in the staircase on the north side.
Living Cum Parking Area of Small House Design
In front of main gate we get living and parking area with one window for proper ventilation.
In this living and parking area (8'×13'8") we can place sofa and table. This place is best for guest.
